What does a booked
meeting actually cost?

Three ways to buy the same outcome, priced side by side. The market figures come from five UK publishers' own pages, each shown next to the publisher that says it, because a comparison against prices nobody sourced is worth nothing.

Including the volume at which a retainer beats us

Your situation

Our own two figures are not editable: £500 a month plus £100 for each qualified meeting that shows. They are what we charge, published on the pricing page, and this tool reads them from the same place.

Cost per meeting at 8 a month

ModelPer monthPer meeting
Pay per meeting that showscheapest here£1,300£163
Flat monthly retainer£4,590£574
One in-house SDR£4,438£555

Above 40 meetings a month, that retainer is cheaper per meeting than we are. Our fee has a fixed part and a per-meeting part, so it rises with volume while a flat retainer does not. If you are confident of clearing 40 qualified meetings a month, a retainer is the cheaper structure and you should say so on the call rather than let us talk around it. Below that number you are paying for meetings you did not get.

The comparison that usually settles it is the third row. One in-house SDR is a fixed cost whether they book 8 meetings or none, and the four publishers we captured broadly agree on what one costs, which is more than can be said for what agencies charge.

What the spread actually tells you

The published retainers disagree by a factor of about twenty-seven. The lowest is £400 a month and the highest is £11,000. They are not describing the same service: £400 buys cold email infrastructure and £11,000 buys senior people making calls. Any page quoting the UK price for outbound is quoting its own price list.

The in-house figures are where the publishers converge. Four of them put one UK SDR between £30,000 and £67,000 a year, and once each has adjusted for National Insurance, pension and tools they land in a much narrower band. That is the number worth building a comparison on, because it is the one the market agrees about and the one you can check against your own payroll.

Notice which way round that is. The unreliable numbers are agencies pricing themselves. The reliable one is the cost of not using an agency at all.

What it will not tell you

Three things this is not

Questions about the comparison

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask it on the call: we'd rather tell you no than sell you the wrong thing.

From five UK publishers' own pages, opened and read on 3 September 2026 rather than taken from a search result. Each figure on this page is shown next to the publisher that states it and links to the page it came from. A sixth publisher was on our list and turned out to state no prices at all, so it is not cited here.

What a meeting is worth, rather than what it costs, is the calculator on the pricing page, alongside the ledger of what delivery actually costs us. The other free tool works out how many leads a day your inboxes can sustain, and both sit on the tools page.

Comparing us against a real quote?

Bring it to the call. We will tell you where the other one is cheaper, because you will find out anyway and it is a worse conversation in month six.
