Email and LinkedIn, against the same list.

Running one without the other leaves replies on the table. Both are aimed at prospects you signed off, so nothing goes out to a business you didn't want approached.

Email

10 dedicated inboxes across 5 domains, warmed before they send a single message, then capped to specialist-benchmarked daily limits — insider knowledge of what actually lands. That's 5,250 emails a month reaching 1,750 new decision-makers — deliberately paced, because volume without deliverability is just noise.

  • Never sent from your primary domain
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and monitored
  • Three-touch sequence per person, then we stop

LinkedIn

The same approved list, worked in parallel from your own profile. Connection requests and follow-ups paced well inside LinkedIn's limits, so the account stays safe. People check who's messaged them before answering a stranger's email — running both is what lifts the reply rate.

  • Runs from your profile, not a burner
  • Paced to stay inside platform limits
  • Same list, so the two channels reinforce

Same prospect. Two first emails.

Drag across. On the left, what lands in a decision-maker's inbox most mornings. On the right, what ours looks like.

Ours

quick question

Hi Dana,

Saw Kellbrook opened a second studio in Marylebone this year.

Thousands of businesses could buy from Kellbrook, and a handful are showing signs they're ready now. I've done some digging and can send a free TAM scan naming ten accounts, who to email at each and why now.

Want it? Just reply "yes".

The meeting is one outcome. It isn't the only one.

Most agencies report replies as a vanity metric and bin the ones that didn't book. But a reply is somebody who read a cold email about your business and answered — and answering is the hard part. We keep every one of them.

The meeting

A decision-maker you approved — an MD, a CEO, a founder — who agreed a time and turned up to it. That is the only thing the minimum £100 is charged against, and the only thing we count as a result.

The database

Every reply that didn't become a meeting — the not-right-now, the send-it-over, the try-me-after-the-summer — goes into a database that belongs to you. We write a year-long, value-led campaign against it, so the people who were interested but not ready hear from you again when they are.

Whenever you leave, you leave with both: the machine, and the list of everyone who put their hand up.

The deal

You only pay when someone turns up.

Most agencies bill you a fat retainer and hope you don't count the meetings. We split it: a flat fee that keeps the machine running, then a per-call fee that only lands when a real decision-maker sits down with you.

  • No-shows cost you nothing

That risk sits with us, which is the point.

  • You approve every prospect

So you never pay for a call you didn't want.

  • Monthly rolling

No lock-in. Judge us on what follows the warm-up weeks.

Deliverability, compliance and the awkward bits.

The questions worth asking any outbound agency before you hand them your brand.

Who writes the emails?
We do. AI drafts the per-prospect research and personalisation, then a human reads it before anything sends — because AI writes confident nonsense often enough that unreviewed sending will embarrass you. You approve the angles before the first campaign goes out.
How do you protect our domain reputation?
We never send from your primary domain. You get dedicated sending domains with two mailboxes each, warmed properly before volume, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and deliverability monitored continuously. If your main domain gets burnt, your invoices stop arriving — so we keep the two completely separate.
Isn't this spam?
Cold email to a business address about something relevant to that business is legal in the UK and always has been. What makes it spam is blasting an unfiltered list with a generic message. We cap daily sending per inbox to specialist-benchmarked limits — insider knowledge of what actually lands — target a tight list you approve, and suppress anyone who asks to be left alone.
Is it GDPR compliant?
We work to PECR and UK GDPR — B2B contacts at corporate addresses, legitimate interest as the lawful basis, accurate sender identification, a working opt-out in every message, and suppression honoured immediately. We're not lawyers and we'll say so; if you're in a regulated sector, run our approach past yours.
What about LinkedIn?
It runs alongside the email, targeting the same approved list — connection requests and follow-ups from your own profile, paced to stay well inside LinkedIn's limits. The two channels together lift reply rates noticeably, because people check who's messaged them before they answer a stranger's email.
What do we keep if we leave?
Everything the campaign produced. Your prospect list, every reply and the full conversation history, the database of everyone who engaged but didn't book, the sequences we wrote and the documentation. You leave with the work and the relationships, at no cost. The sending domains and mailboxes stay with us. We buy them, warm them for a fortnight and watch their reputation daily, and we carry that cost every month whether a campaign is running or not — they're a standing asset, closer to a leased van than a file. If you want to keep sending from them, we'll transfer them at cost: registrations at renewal value, mailbox seats for the rest of their term, and a £250 handover fee for the DNS migration. If you'd rather not, you owe nothing. And leaving is simple, because the engagement is monthly rolling — no minimum term, no notice-period games.

Two of the calculations behind all of this are published as free Claude skills: how many new leads a day a set of mailboxes can sustain, and which rows on a UK list you are lawfully allowed to email at all. Nothing gated, and no reason to talk to us first.

Let's see if your market is big enough.

Twenty minutes. We'll size how many businesses actually match your buyer — across the UK, and internationally where it fits — and tell you if the number's too small to bother.
