Here's what the £500 actually buys.

Most agencies won't show you this. We will, because the alternative is asking you to take a number on faith.

A showed call costs us roughly £22 in direct cost, on every tier, so the minimum £100 when a call shows is where we make our money. Book you nothing and we've worked a month for about £77. That's the incentive you want your outbound partner to have.

We turn work away, and this is why.

Your offer has to sell into demand that already exists. We're paid when a call shows up, so we only take on work where the market is already looking for what you do — we ride demand, we don't create it.

We take on

  • Businesses selling to other businesses, any size
  • A won customer worth £3,500 or more, ideally recurring
  • A market that already looks for what you do
  • Someone on your side who can take the calls and close

We say no to

  • Anything selling to consumers rather than businesses
  • Low-value or one-off deals, where the maths can't work for you
  • Healthcare, education, government and nonprofit

Run it on your own numbers.

Our side is fixed and real — the monthly fee and the minimum £100 per call that shows. Your side is yours to set. Drag the inputs to match your business and see what it's worth.

What counts as a qualified call?
A decision-maker at a business matching the profile you approved, who agreed to a time and turned up to it. If they don't show, you pay nothing. If they're not who we said they'd be, you pay nothing. You see every prospect before we book them.
Why a monthly fee at all, if it's pay-per-call?
Because the machine costs real money to run whether or not it books anyone this week — mailboxes, domains, sending platform, verified prospect data, the agent research on every lead and the human time behind it come to £423 a month at the entry tier. It's itemised above, line by line. That leaves £77 of the fee, so the per-call charge is where we actually make money — which is the incentive you want us to have. A showed call itself carries about £22 of direct cost, on every tier, which is why the minimum £100 per call is where the business earns.
Am I tied into anything?
No. It's monthly rolling — if it isn't working for you, you leave. One thing we'll say up front, because agencies usually don't: the first few weeks are warm-up (new sending infrastructure has to earn its reputation before full volume), so judge us on the results that follow it, not the setup period. But you're never locked in.
What if it doesn't work?
Then you'll have paid the monthly fee and very little else, because the per-call fee only triggers on calls that happen. That's the point of splitting it this way — the downside is capped and most of the risk sits with us.
Are there other costs?
Domains are a couple of pounds each per year and are billed at cost. Everything else — mailboxes, sending platform, verified data, the agent research on each lead, our time — comes out of the monthly fee. No surprise invoices.

Before any of this costs you anything, the two calculations that decide whether outbound is even viable for you are published as free Claude skills: your sustainable daily lead volume, and which of your prospects UK law lets you email. If the first number comes out too low, that is worth knowing before a call rather than during one.

Worth twenty minutes?

We'll look at who you sell to, whether there are enough of them in the UK — and internationally where it fits — to be worth targeting, and tell you honestly if this isn't for you.
